Experience
With 29 years experience, Sandra has worked with clients in diverse industries to identify, analyze and manage the risks of facility management and property ownership. This includes property, casualty, environmental, errors and omissions, earthquake, wind, flood and directors and officers liability. Her focus has been real estate developers, REITs, property managers and manufacturers with large facilities.
Sandra specializes in California and New Madrid earthquake coverage, builders risk, developers liability, environmental cost cap for cleanup projects, on-site and off-site environmental liability, errors and omissions for real estate consultants, asset managers, property managers, project managers, construction managers and real estate brokers and leasing agents.

Sandra received a bachelor's of fine arts from the State University of New York at Brockport. She also received a master's in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
