With over 7 years of experience, William is a member of Hylant's Real Estate Practice. He has extensive risk management experience in designing and implementing commercial insurance programs for medium to large property owners.
Prior to joining Hylant, William was a Vice President for the Huttenlocher Group where he specialized in moving and storage companies and commercial real estate.

William's clients include First Commercial Real Estate & Development, Center Management and Kirkpatrick Management.

He is a member of the Michigan Chapter of the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties, Chaldean
Chamber of Commerce, Detroit Metro Apartment Association and an associate member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Education and Accreditations
William received his Associates Degree in Vehicle Body Design from Macomb Community College in Warren, Michigan and a Bachelor's of Arts in Business Administration from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI.
